This is for the RTGI version of Alive: Download ReShade 5.8.0 With Addon Support (or whatever is newest. If you are using a previous version of alive, uninstall reshade, delete your shaders folder. I have both the steam version and the normal version of FF14, I have shaders working on my normal version but whenever I launch the steam version, the shaders won't work. I have disabled most overlays, I'm not sure if GeForce Experience might cause any issues with it cause I never had any issues on the non-steam client version with GeForce ... The Reshade addon API is super powerful and allows modders, game devs and unfortunately cheaters alike to do SOO many things to the way a game renders. The Reshade shaders and regular (whitelisted) Reshade cannot do cheats, but the addons definitely can. Once you allow 3rd party code through addons all bets are off.

But I have a mini keyboard (Ducky one 2 mini) that doesn’t have a home key or function keys. I went into the ReShade file and changed the keybind so that Alt + Shift brings up the menu. You will want to scroll down to the bottom of the page and choose the option to download ReShade …yeah, the uninstaller is pretty special, and even if you specifically tell it to delete everything, it wont. the easiest way of getting rid of it is checking the installation folder where you have ffxiv, and inside the game folder basically just delete everything with gshade in its name. 20.
