A graduate program is a 1-6-year college master's degree program, for someone who already has a bachelor's degree. An undergraduate program is a 4-year college bachelor's degree program, or a 2-year associate's degree program. Master’s students and students matriculated in Advanced Certificate Programs at the Graduate Center who are residents of New York State and registered for a minimum of 12 credits per semester will pay a flat fee for tuition. Out-of-state residents and students taking less than 12 credits will be charged on a per-credit basis.
