The solution is never to make casual content harder. That's so stupid I can't believe it crossed your mind. The more correct solution would be to shorten the other raids so they are also completed in 15-20 minutes. The rewards would also need to be scaled up by double if every alliance raid takes 35-45 minutes.The most recent Ivalice raid (Orbonne) may have gear that is still relevant for you or your alt classes (i390). Completing an Ivalice raid will reward you with specific token. If you collect all three from Rabanastre, Ridorana and Orbonne you can exchange them for an item to upgrade Scaevan tome gear.
