My favorite low dex greatsword is the bastard sword which only requires 10 dex. Its got slightly more damage than the clay but its shorter and has a worse weapon art. As for build you should aim for level 140 instead of 120. 120 is meta level for quality builds, however 140 is for hybrids and covenant build ( you will sill fight versus 120 players).
