I have the Vizio P659-G1 (2019), and at random times I’ll notice the full array backlighting freak out, and flicker/blink multiple times a second random spots on the TV. I finally discovered the issue - if I turn off Clear Action under Menu -> Picture -> More Picture -> Clear Action the blinking completely goes away.
