If you make one yourself, just save it, select it from the drop-down if need be, and then select Batch Build. Licentia has been around a long time and is more stable and bug free. Project Skyrim on the other hand is pretty new and hasn't even had its 1.0 release yet but it's getting better and better with every update. Licentia on the other hand is very close to the best looking list. I have 60+ fps in any inside areas (like caves, ruins) and around 30/40fps outside and in big cities. Sometimes it drops lower than that and I just switch off the ENB (up arrow+right shift) and it goes back to 60fps.
