In the parts of the quest where you have to scan the glass shards, I've been able to scan the shard in Hek's ship through a glass wall, and a different shard after it where it seems you're supposed to move a rock to see the shard, but I was able to scan straight through the rock.

The only issue is that after about an hour of searching, I just can't find the last shard. Jul 22, 2017 · Finding all the shards for the glass door in the chapter A Long Walk can be a tedious business. This guide aims at facilitating the acquisition of all shards. To that purpose there are two sections: A map indicating the location of all shards. This map is supposed to only narrow down the scope of your search. My suggestion for the massive number of shards. 1 time use BP in the Quill rep shop that lets us turn flawless cores and normal shards into Brilliant shards. Similar BPs could be added to Ostoron rep shops to break the normal shards to produce the top tier gems.

Plus being able to then combine the smaller ones into big ones, with a few tiers (Tauforged being the highest tier) means it would still be a cool long term goal.
